The Recruiting Machine How is it done - How does it work?
If you've ever been a member of another online Business then you know what was expected of you, and what you were told to do! You were told to recruit your friends and relatives, or purchase a bunch of expensive leads and then call those leads and urge them to join your organization! This is still true in most online ventures, and even with most teams in our organization today! This is what most downline members are drilled to do, and your upline is also told to tell you, their downline, "it's the proven way!" Yes it sure is... It is the sure way for most of us that are not born with the disposition of a Used Car Salesmen, to fail! Cold calling someone takes guts, it takes the mindset of an old time door to door Vacuum Cleaner Salesmen, it takes nerves of steel for most of us to deal with rejection! But does it work? Yes, if you're up to it, it's probably the fastest way to build a downline! So, what is it that we do, that's so different? Advertising Our Main Website is promoted world wide to draw people, which are looking for an opportunity to make money on the internet!
"Great" you may say, "but what good does it do me if this website gets lots of hits?" Well, here is what's so different about this website! I'm sure you have noticed the link in the navigation bar, on the left side on our Main page? The one that said "Click her to go to one of our Members Web Pages" and read more about... etc. This is where we do the the next logical thing, called... Rotation
We Share the Clicks coming in with all our downline members who wish to participate! You do not just get a website with us, you also get a share of the Main Website! This means you do not have to juggle a year or so to get good search engine position, or being listed at all. You do not have to buy expensive advertisements to get visitors, it's all done and ready to go from the day you join our team! Every visitor to the Main Web Site, if interested, and if he or she clicks the link to get more information, will be re-directed to the website of a team member next in line in rotation.
Email Campaign's We send close to 1.5 million emails a month to have hits come in to our landing pages which are also rotated amongst our members. All a member has to do is follow up when an email comes in from his landing page, giving him the name, email address, and phone number of the person interested. Autoresponder If this person doesn't leave a phone number, just enter the name and email into the autoresponder, and a series of emails will be send automatically to this person, explaining this opportunity! All you need to do is; follow up! Our Free Autoresponder is a full size system hosted on our own dedicated server with unlimited responders, unlimited follow up messages, and loaded with effective Email Messages. Leads For those team members who do like to add to all of this on a personal level by promoting this business further, the team will give you 5,000 leads every month for emailing and some for calling if you want them. You could also sign up with a bunch of different marketing systems and spread the word even further! Call Center Lets assume you do not have the gift, or have for some reason not the desire to do all the follow up. Perhaps you do not have the time, since this is a part time venture for you! Or you feel you need help, especially at the beginning of this venture! If a visitor to your website has a question and you are for whatever reason not able to follow up in a timely manner, there will be the option to the visitor to also call the Call Center for Info.
